This is a Original First Pressing Promotional Use ONLY Nirvana Nevermind Record, DGF David Geffin Company. Album was manufactured and Distributed in the US. Dated 1991. Also has the seal that states For Promotion Only Record and cover are in clean condition The bottom left side of record has a minor crease in the corner as seen in photos , But overall I would say on a scale of 1-10 and 10 being great condition, I give this one a 8 1/2.
