THEREFORE THESE HARVEST INNERS WERE INVENTED AND FIRST MADE AFTER ALL THESE LPs ON THE INNER WERE ALREADY RELEASED THERE ARE INTRODUCED WITH HARVEST LPs FROM ABOUT SHVL 777 ONWARDS. SO ANY HARVEST LP WITH A CAT NUMBER BEFORE SHVL 777 SHOULD NEVER HAVE A HARVEST INNER - UNLESS THEY ARE A SECOND PRESSING
