Well folks here s a COMPLETE Let It Be Box
This was the Beatles 13th and final official album release. Released on the 8th of May 1970, it reached the number 1 slot just over two weeks later and stayed there for 3 weeks. It was also, sadly, to prompt the Beatles last live performance: on top of the Apple Building in London on the 30th of January 1969.
An interesting little bit about this album is the cover was originally intended to be the cover which was used for the Beatles compilation in 1973 for their Red and Blue album.
Even though recording for the album was finished by the end of May 69, it wasn t until March 1970, when Phil Spector was brought in, when it finally got released.
So, here follows the details of this little beauty:

CLEANED WITH Pro-Ject VCS MkII Vacuum Record Cleaner
The vinyl has many light marks to her. However, on loud playback I only noticed very light and only occasional background noise in the quieter sections and inbetween tracks, but when the music gets going I didn t find a problem and it certainly did not lessen my enjoyment when listening to her play.
Certainly no jumps or sticks.

Original DARK GREEN 1st pressing labels. Lovely and clean. Barely any hole wear to mention...just some light spindle marks, visible when angled to the light-really absolutley nothing to worry about at all.
To side 1 there are two small initials-as can be seen in the detailed images attached.
Shines out bright, with the deep green Apple.

Glorious glossy sheen to both the front and back.
The corners are just gently rubbed.
The spine is superbly clear and flat, with barely any rubbing.
The Apple to the back is RED-showing it to be the very first pressing...If you need more convincing than the end matricies as well as the Mothers and Stampers Not often at all you get to see these up for sale
There s only a few small lines of spidering to the laminate, mainly near the opening...Really nothing offensive at all. I did notice the mic in the picture with Paul has a small and light splodge of pink. WOULD FRAME INCREDIBLY WELL

When taking the inner tray out of the outer cover, the cover still keeps it s shape-this is how I have photographed her. Now that s a good solid example most I have seen collapse when the inner tray support has been taken away .
To the front, the pictures are lovely and clear-gorgeous sheen to the fully laminated outer cover. However, as you can see in the detailed images provided, the back panel has a small tear and the top seam has a tape repair, with ony some light knocking and rubbing to the corners.
This is far from mint condition, but equally far from trashed.

It is an all black inner tray, with the rounded corners and has survived incredibly well.
The card inner, where the book is housed, has also been very well looked after for all of these years. There is some light handling wear and creeping little tears to the inner corners, but stays all together and remains very solid.
Hard to find these in any condition.

Brilliantly shiny cover WITHOUT crescents of spidering
She is still solid, but does have 3 loose pages- these 3 pages have then been lightly folded in half, but are now unfolded ....These loose pages are a typical fault with this box set as the old original glue appears to have dried out-which was a typical failure for the production of this book and it s longevity.
Gloriously glossy pictures with all their original color.

OVERALL:
An ORIGINAL, COMPLETE rare boxset from THE BEATLES.
Certainly one for the serious collector.
