PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We accept PayPal only. All payments should be in US funds and must be received within 7 days of auction close.  For quickest service, please complete eBay checkout remembering to include your correct shipping address.

COMBINING MULTIPLE ITEMS & SHIPPING: 

We are happy to combine CDs won within a 7-day period into a single shipment at a discounted rate (please see our s&h rates in the blue chart at the bottom of this page). This 7 day window allows our customers to combine wins from two auction cycles onto a single invoice, save a little money and make a single payment. For most U.S. customers, the shipping costs will calculate automatically and you will not need to request an invoice unless you are adding items from a previous week or from our "Buy it Now" inventory. If you are combining items from a previous week or items from our "Buy it Now" inventory, then you will need to send us an invoice request so that we can properly apply the combined shipping discount.

*We automatically start sending invoices after the auctions end on Fridays. You're always welcome to send an invoice request at anytime. However, please be patient in that first hour or so after the auctions end as we are fielding many requests and answering many questions. We will do our best to get to your request asap!

Adding BUY IT NOW items to your invoice:

In order to add "Buy it Now" items to an existing invoice/order and receive our combined shipping discount, please do the following: Add the items you wish to buy to your cart. *BEFORE submitting payment there is a button you can click on that says "request total from seller". Please click on that. Once we receive that request, we will combine all of your items onto a single invoice and apply the shipping discount. Please be aware that we're not always in the office. Our normal business hours are 11:00am - 7:00pm (PT). We try to answer all questions and invoice requests as soon as possible, but there may a delay in response times due to our hours and staffing.

Once payment is received we immediately start processing your order. Sometimes we receive requests to "hold off" on shipping an order for various reasons.  Unfortunately, we don't have the physical space in our office to accommodate these types of requests. Also, once we receive payment we are required by eBay to promptly ship in order to keep our account in good standing.

Are there "additional" discounts on shipping?:

We do not offer any additional shipping discounts beyond our stated prices. We truly appreciate your business, but please do not write and ask us for additional discounts. As CD sales continue to decline, we're doing our best to provide quality items and quality service at an affordable rate that allow us to stay in business. We sell to over a thousand unique customers each month and we treat all of our customers the same, regardless of the dollar amount spent or quantity purchased. For our operation to run smoothly, we must keep all prices consistent to avoid confusion and misunderstandings for both our customers and our staff.
