ABOUT OUR CDs:
Unless stated otherwise in the item description above, your CD will come to you with all original artwork, case and covers. Our CD s come from the huge overstock of our retail stores and often have a stamp, sticker or other small marking on the packaging itself, such as a cut through the spine of the case or a hole punch or pen mark through the UPC/barcode. These marks do not affect play in any way. If you have a question about a specific CD, please let us know. Check our feedback and bid with confidence
WHERE ARE THE TRACK LISTINGS?
Beginning in late 2017, eBay no longer provides track listing info through their database for CDs. Therefore, the majority of our items will not include the track listing since we use eBay s database to list our items. We will continue to do our best to upload as much info as available such as the UPC and other identifiers. We understand that this is very frustrating for our customers and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. If you have questions regarding info for a specific CD, please let us know and we will do our best to get you the info you re looking for.PAYMENT OPTIONS:
We accept PayPal only. All payments should be in US funds and must be received within 7 days of auction close. For quickest service, please complete eBay checkout remembering to include your correct shipping address.
COMBINING MULTIPLE ITEMS
SHIPPING:
We are happy to combine CDs won within a
7-day period into a single shipment at a discounted rate please see our s h rates in the blue chart at the bottom of this page . This 7 day window allows our customers to combine wins from two auction cycles onto a single invoice, save a little money and make a single payment. For most U.S. customers, the shipping costs will calculate automatically and you will not need to request an invoice unless you are adding items from a previous week or from our Buy it Now inventory. If you are combining items from a previous week or items from our Buy it Now inventory, then you will need to send us an invoice request so that we can properly apply the combined shipping discount.
We automatically start sending invoices after the auctions end on Fridays. You re always welcome to send an invoice request at anytime. However, please be patient in that first hour or so after the auctions end as we are fielding many requests and answering many questions. We will do our best to get to your request asap
Adding BUY IT NOW items to your invoice:
In order to add Buy it Now items to an existing invoice/order and receive our combined shipping discount, please do the following: Add the items you wish to buy to your cart. BEFORE submitting payment there is a button you can click on that says request total from seller . Please click on that. Once we receive that request, we will combine all of your items onto a single invoice and apply the shipping discount. Please be aware that we re not always in the office. Our normal business hours are 11:00am - 7:00pm PT . We try to answer all questions and invoice requests as soon as possible, but there may a delay in response times due to our hours and staffing.
Once payment is received we immediately start processing your order. Sometimes we receive requests to hold off on shipping an order for various reasons. Unfortunately, we don t have the physical space in our office to accommodate these types of requests. Also, once we receive payment we are required by eBay to promptly ship in order to keep our account in good standing.
Are there additional discounts on shipping?:
We do not offer any additional shipping discounts beyond our stated prices. We truly appreciate your business, but please do not write and ask us for additional discounts. As CD sales continue to decline, we re doing our best to provide quality items and quality service at an affordable rate that allow us to stay in business. We sell to over a thousand unique customers each month and we treat all of our customers the same, regardless of the dollar amount spent or quantity purchased. For our operation to run smoothly, we must keep all prices consistent to avoid confusion and misunderstandings for both our customers and our staff. Unfortunately, we cannot combine shipping with items from our sister store, amoeba-outlet, since we are located in different cities.

CUSTOMERS, computed on the total INCLUDING shipping handling. Please note that since we offer a flat rate on our shipping and handling service it is therefore considered taxable by the State of California Franchise Tax Board.
International Buyers: Import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT INCLUDED in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer s responsibility. Please check with your country s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying.
