1989 original monster box of the 1979-89 LP s all on color vinyl 10 with a bonus 11th on black vinyl but that one came with a custom cover the rest only had normal paper sleeves, I added nice poly lined sleeves , my copy 4 of 100 is missing the insert I put it somewhere for Safe Keeping but can t find it at the moment, will forward it later if found so I m printing out one from the net from copy 14 by memory it s the same.
Must have for garage collectors that were in the know back then.
