The vinyl was never made available at retail, and was produced only for promotional purposes.
Information is very scarce on these and this is the only one on eBay at time of listing, Notes on the condition:The vinyl is factory sealed and shrink wrapped.
There is a very slight indentation in one corner of the sleeve - this has been illustrated in the pictures.
