in 1970. The Producer was Gus Dudgeon Elton John, David Bowie Plus Many More Great Artist

To Describe the Music Of The Locomotive isn t easy because its typical early Prog Rock experimenting with all kinds of Musical Styles. In the 1st Track The Overture you can hear the influences of The Moody Blues mainly due to the use of a Classic Orchestra. On the other hand Track 2 Mr Armageddon is a Pop Rock Song with lots of trumpets organ in the vein of Atomic Rooster and Procol Harum Track 3 Now Is The Dead The Dead Is Dead Is A Cheerful up-tempo jazzy tune with a interesting sax trumpet passage. Track 4 Lay Me Down Gently A fascinating melting pot of early music icons like David Bowie, The Kinks Small Faces. Track 5 Nobody Asked You To Come The Hammond organ and the dramatic falsetto voices are very much of the Hippy period. Track 9 Rain the organ sound resembles the sound of the American Band The Doors but at the end its a typical British Ballad

I have tried to give you a flavour of the Album and of course its my personal view . Its on YouTube if you want to check it out

Grade : Sleeve Very Good . Laminated front cover . A little Scuffing to the Back Cover please see Photos. The Spine is Good With Damage or Tears and is fully readable .

Vinyl : The Album is Very Clean and Still as a Bright Look to it . There are no Noticeable Scratches on it Just A few Light
Hairline Marks as seen under a Bright Light. I have Test Played The Album : There are a Few Clicks / Pops on the
Opening Track Side 1 Overture. This does not really effect the listening enjoyment of the Album and the rest of the
Album plays through OK and sounds Great .

I use the Record Collectors Grading System and always attempt to list my Albums Honestly.
