Returns, refunds partial refunds. Please kindly describe the issue to me. please don t re-grade the LP. All items are guaranteed to be a represented by grades in the item description posted. Should a buyer feel the product does not match the grade in the item description, a full refund will be provided. Please contact me to make arrangement for the return shipment. Refunds will be made only after receiving the return, and re-inspection by the seller. If a buyer has multiple problems with my grading over more than one auction series I may decide to block you from being able to bid on my auctions.
Grading: Cover/Vinyl double LPs cover/vinyl/vinyl etc. LPs are graded visually and conservatively under many bright lights. Any questionable marks are play graded with 1.5 gram tracking weight.

Shipping and Handling : We ship worldwide.
All LPs come boxed carefully in corrugated boxes made specifically for LPs, with a filler pad on top to protect the cover, plus the LPs are housed in clear plastic LP sleeves. LP is removed from cover except for SEALED LPs for shipping to prevent seam splitting.
