Hard-to-find 2001 release, I believe only sold after shows.

Inserts are in great shape, but the disc has fairly significant hairline surface marks, but plays fine. I picked it up used and it has the look of a disc that was probably kept loose rather than its case. It was hard to get good pictures, and the last couple of shots probably give you the best idea.
