If you are looking at this you will probably know that this is one of the most collectable Queen Records in existence. According to Queen Museum in 2016 it was number 13 in the top 100 Queen Rarities.
I managed to get it at the time of release circa 36 years ago and it has sat in my vinyl collection ever since. I can t remember ever playing it.
The A Side is described as Short Version 4:24 and apparently a quite different edit, the B Side is the Single Version.
The vinyl looks really good, in fact, upon inspection as far as I can tell excellent see pictures I have been reluctant to play the vinyl due to intention to sell but upon request of a serious buyer I am prepared to play it/ record a section of the record so you can hear hear how it sounds before buying.
The sleeve is a basic white sleeve with the incredibly rare original insert sheet with the large picture of Queen. Please see picture to assess condition.
The last record I can find of one selling was 7 years ago in 2013 for 651, and that was prior to Queen s resurgence in popularity who are currently no5 in the IFPI global music artist chart, i.e. the 5th most consumed music artist in the world and the number 1 band An amazing feat considering their catalogue of original material mostly predates1991. I am also aware of someone with one for sale on the Discogs site for 4000 Euros.
I have had significant interest and offers including a bid for 3000 but that buyer defaulted at the payment stage.
This is an exceptionally rare original Queen vinyl. Chances like this to get hold of something so rare are few and far between.
I will ship overseas and to non mainland UK, posting securely in accordance with the buyers preferences but ask that the buyer covers the actual cost of insurance and postage rather than the estimate.
