Record Grading System :
M: Mint as new, unplayed .
EX: Excellent near a perfect copy, played only a few times .
VG: Very Good The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratches, nothing really serious .
G: Good played a lot, background noise in the quieter moments, no jumps, skips, hisses, etc.. Still a good copy for djing .
Picture Sleeve Grading System:
M: Mint as new
EX: Excellent has no creases, folds, seam splits or any other noticeable similar defect .
VG Very good will have some slight wear, lightly turn-up corners, decent writing on or a slight seam-split .
G: Good may have heavy writing on, seam splits, tape, ring wear or other defects will start to overwhelm the object .
F: Fair the cover barely keeps the record inside it .
