Led Zeppelin 1969 first album 1st pressing with uncorrected A//1 B//1 Matrix and Superhype / Jewell publishing credits sleeve is the withdrawn and highly sought Turquoise Lettered sleeve. This was my first copy of the rare and desirable album until a better one was found or money was saved to buy one . I purchased the album primarily for the cover and did not play the album more than twice. It is a lovely first copy with a pleasing sleeve and an acceptable record.

Specific Description: Please view photographs carefully. They are high resolution photographs and can be magnified for viewing at your discretion. They are an important part of the description. Photographs 8 through 12 where taken under extreme lighting to show surface of record which caused label colors to appear different than red/plum in the photograph
SLEEVE: The sleeve is in very good condition overall with no seam splits, writing, or tears some laminated lifting is evident, particularly on front right spine printing is intact and very good sleeve has some creasing, folds, and discoloration particularly on the edges overall the sleeve is a nice copy of this rare album.
LABEL: Both labels are in very good shape without much concern no writing or tears spindle shows some acceptable wear.
Record: Visually the record has many surface marks, scuffs, and light scratches throughout which DO effect playing quality the photographs show the overall condition and are meant to illustrate that this record is not an ideal playing record. Play testing reveals crackle and pops which are most evident in intros and between tracks but do play throughout quieter passages this is most evident at the first minute of play on side two the record plays through without skipping or jumping the sound of the music is bright and loud, as this album was mixed loudly. Because the sound is not worn out, yet the background noise is throughout playback to varying degrees I view this album above Good but below Very Good and have called it VG- Very Good Minus.
