Unbelievable condition for a record that is 65 years old.. The record itself is EX and looks hardly played at all , only some very faint light surface marks , nothing harsh or feelable sounds great Clean labels.
The sleeve is also EX and solid in unbelievable condition for a record that is notoriously hard to find better than VG ..
Some light damage to bottom back flip back as pictured , and only has some other very light shelf wear.. mainly on the opening edge but no rips or tears
