Up for bidding here is an official 2nd pressing of The Teen Idles' "Minor Disturbance E.P." on Dischord Records. This is NOT a reissue or unofficial release. This is the real deal and very hard to find in this condition. Original 11x17 lyric sheet/poster included. The 1st pressing of this record came out in 1980 and this 2nd pressing was released in 1981. According to Discogs, each pressing had 1,000 copies each. The first pressing came in a cover of shiny cardstock while this second pressing comes in a photocopied paper sleeve. Other changes for the second press (the one for auction here) include:

Band address added to right side of back cover.
Back cover states "Thanks a lot, Jan ($ - 2nd pressing)"
Black Flag bars drawn on Henry Rollins' (née Garfield) fingers on back cover photo.

History of this copy: I purchased this copy from Vinyl Solution Records in Huntington Beach, CA in 1992. I purchased the record in 1992 for $100. I was told it came from the collection of some old punk rock record collector in HB that was selling his collection. I have housed this record in a sealed Japanese sleeve since I bought it and I have played it minimally. This copy comes with the original lyric sheet/poster (very difficult to come across intact).

I am grading the record itself conservatively as "Very Good Plus" despite it being more than forty years old. The record plays quietly when music starts and sounds great. There is some slight static on quiet parts in between songs but it is minimal. There are no skips. I am grading the sleeve as "Very Good" as some of the glue holding the sides together is starting to come undone at the tops. But most of the glue remains intact. (According to Ian MacKaye, sleeves for this record were individually hand glued by the band.) There are no rips or tears in the paper. I am grading the insert as "Very Good Plus" as it shows some signs of wear but is in great condition for how old this record is. Please see photos above for more detailed information.
