THE RECORDS

THE LABELS

ORIGINAL YELLOW AND BLACK MONO LABELS IN EXCEPTIONAL CONDITION.

THE BLACK BASE COLOUR AND YELLOW LOGO S ARE BOTH UNRUBBED .

THE SILVER TEXT IS ALSO IN PERFECTLY LEGIBLE CONDITION, AND THE SPINDLE HOLE IS UNWORN.

THERE ARE 5-6 SMALL SPIDER LINES REALLY CLOSE TO THE SPINDLE HOLE.

THE VINYL

REALLY REALLY GLOSSY LP THAT HAS RETAINED THE ORIGINAL SHEEN

WHEN PLACED UNDER SPOTLIGHTS I CAN SEE A NUMBER OF VERY FINE SMALL HANDLING LINES

PLUS ONE LONG NON SOUNDING SKATE LINE ON SIDE TWO

ALSO A COUPLE OF SMALL SCRATCHES

THE TEST PLAY

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING TO SAY ABOUT THE PLAYTHROUGH OF THIS LP IS THAT IT IS TOTALLY DISTORTION FREE

SO DESPITE THE VARIOUS MARKS AND HAIRLINES ON THE DISC, THE ALBUM HAS NO GROOVE WEAR

SO NO HISS OR ONE CHANEL CRACKLE

THEREFORE THE AUDIO PERFORMANCE IS CLEAR

THERE IS ALSO NO BACKGROUND CRACKLE OTHER THAN A FEW MINOR SPECKS HERE AND THERE

WHAT THE MARKS DO CAUSE IS SOME CLICKS TICS AND POPS AT RANDOM

SO MY SUGGESTION IS TO PLAY AND LISTEN TO THE RECORDING , THEN DECIDE IF THIS IS A GOOD FIR FOR YOUR COLLECTION

I WOULD SAY THE AUDIO SITS AROUND THE VG MARK

THE SLEEVE

LAMINATED FRONT SURFACE AND NON LAMINATED FLIPBACK REAR SURFACE. THIS SLEEVE IS ONE OF THE BEST YOU WILL SEE. IT IS IN LOVELY CONDITION

RARE E.J DAY 1ST ISSUE SLEEVE GARROD AND LOFTHOUSE IS THE COMMON ONE

THE FRONT SURFACE IS SPOTLESSLY CLEAN AND VERY VERY GLOSSY.

THERE ARE NO HEAVY CREASES OR BENDS AND THE COLOUR IS STILL WHITE UNDER THE LAMINATE NOT YELLOW LIKE MANY COPIES, OTHER THAN THE TINIEST SLIVER ON THE EDGES

NO LAMINATE LIFT, PEEL OR FLAKE ON ANY PART OF THE SLEEVE. A PERFECTLY GLOSS WHITE AND BLACK SURFACE

THERE ARE FOUR LAMINATE PRESSURE LINES ON THE SPINE. ONE ON THE TOP EDGE, ONE ON THE BOTTOM EDGE AND TWO SMALL THUMB LINES NEAR THE OPENING EDGE

THE TOP AND BOTTOM EDGES ARE 100 FREE FROM ANY SHELF WEAR, AND AGAIN ALL OF THE LAMINATE IS INTACT.

THE SPINE IS FLAT AND CLEAN AND ALL OF THE TYPEFACE IS PERFECTLY LEGIBLE.

THE OPENING EDGE IS VERY SHARP AND ONLY HAS A TINY BIT OF FEATHERING

THE REAR SURFACE HAS PERFECTLY STUCK DOWN FLIPBACKS AND THEY ARE ALSO PERFECTLY CLEAN.

THE VILNERABLE UNLAMINATED POWDERY BLACK SURFACE IS ALSO IN MINT CONDITIION. OFTEN FOUND RUBBED THROUGH TO THE WHITE SURFACE, THIS ONE HAS STOOD THE TEST OF TIME AND IS IMMACULATE. THERE IS NOT ONE JOT OF RECORD SHAPE AHYWHERE

I AM MORE THAN HAPPY TO GRADE THIS SLEEVE NEAR MINT

GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR BID IF YOU CHOSE TO GO FOR IT
