About : Ultra Rare Original 1973 UK 1st Press This MASSIVELY RARE LP initially sold barely anything LP s were also really expensive to most people back then and therefore had a very small run, and is INCREDIBLY HARD TO FIND, especially in this condition AN absolute classic LP from this incredible band An astonishing album that really DESERVES to be in EVERY serious 60 s / 70 s record collection Don t miss out on this MEGA RARE LP If you like good music, bid now
The LP :
Labels :
Classic 1973 UK 1st Press orange CBS labels Both sides are FANTASTIC with NO real signs of age, NO writing, NO stickers, and NO tears whatsoever Just has a small amount of ultra light spindle marks which suggests that this has barely had much play over the years at all AWESOME for a 50 year old record Both must grade overall at least as Very Good
Record : Visual -
Spectacular Original 1973 UK 1st Press Vinyl Nice bright, clean and shiny as if it was just pressed Fantastic jet black mirror like surfaces, it looks AWESOME with NO really nasty scratches, groovewear, or nasty deep scuffs whatsoever The only blemishes are just some light wispy sleeve traces, a few mild hairlines and age marks, and just a small amount of cosmetic non-sounding and unfeelable scuffs only visible in direct angled light mostly caused from where it has sat or been removed from it s cover over the years Of course, none of these ULTRA light blemishes really interfere with play AT ALL thanks to the deeply pressed quality BRILLIANT for a record of this age and rarity Must grade overall at the least as Very Good graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG standards, not overgraded AT ALL Customer satisfaction is of 100 importance to me
Record : Audio -
Thankfully, it plays BRILLIANTLY with fantastic stereo separation and clarity It really sounds AWESOME with NO hisses, hops, distortion, sticks, or skips Only like pretty much all records has low level surface noise in places such as on the run in grooves, a few light ticks here and there on rare occasions, and just a touch of ULTRA mild and light bluesman s fag atmospheric static in few and far between places such as on some of the quieter sections, but it doesn t overshadow the music AT ALL I d even argue it gives it added soul A hugely enjoyable listen - The music is TRULY loud and clear with that bass, depth, warmth and clarity you can only get from UK 1st Press vinyl FANTASTIC for a record of this age and rarity Must grade overall audiably at least as Very Good graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG standards, not trashed or overgraded AT ALL Customer satisfaction is of 100 importance to me
Sleeve :
Original 1973 UK 1st Press unlaminated Shorewood sleeve complete with original printed Iggy picture inner ultra clean, beautifully vibrant and flat with just two easily repairable if needs be seam splits to two stress points, next to no ink rubbing to the main faces for once - OUTSTANDING IMPOSSIBLE to find this sleeve in anything approaching a good condition - most are spent, torn and worn due to age and the lifestyles of the buyers of this particular LP This one is NOT, and looks BRILLIANT, especially considering the nature of these fragile sleeves NO writing OR graffiti, NO grubbiness, NO seam splits, and still ULTRA strong and solid after all these years Only has a few mild signs of ageing such as a small amount of ultra light edge creasing NO half moons and a hint of a record imprint, just a few very mild general light storage indents here and there and just a hint of minor ink rubbing in few and far between places absolutely nothing drastic at all, unbelievably vibrant after all these years , a touch of denting to the four corners which basically ALL vintage LP s have, and POSSIBLY just to be sure one or two other minor signs of age here and there, though nothing that really stands out to note at all And that s truly about it I tend to bring it down by listing every negative I can possibly find, but this remains a BRILLIANT sleeve, and a TRUE rarity to find one as absolutely awesome as this - most have been virtually destroyed or are just about being held together, but not this one It remains ultra strong, solid, unsplit and unspoilt, and even the spine remains ultra strong, solid, unsplit and 100 readable Must grade overall at least as Very Good graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG standards, not trashed or overgraded AT ALL Customer satisfaction is of 100 importance to me
Summary : An OUTSTANDING example of this OUTRAGEOUSLY RARE pioneering UK 1st Press EARLIEST EVER day of release classic Hard to find in ANY condition, but simply IMPOSSIBLY RARE TO FIND ONE AS MAGNIFICENT AS THIS YOU MAY NEVER GET THE CHANCE AGAIN, so don t miss out on this scarce opportunity to own a true piece of 60 s/70 s music history Bid now

I ve realized that most countries have their own unique grading system. I base mine strictly on the UK RRPG grading system occasionally with a or a - to indicate the higher and lower ends of the grade, though I only use these if i m having real trouble deciding , so please check their chart for further clarity if you are unsure of what my grades mean. As a general rule, a mint record will be 100 perfect, an excellent record will be in fantastic clean condition with the occasional mild mark and minor use from the years, and a very good record will have noticeable, yet light visual markings and obvious signs of age and use, but will still remain clean with relatively light wear and will play fantastically well with plenty of life remaining in it. I very rarely offer records below the very good region unless they are of an EXCEPTIONAL rarity and playing quality...I hope this helps
