The LP :
Labels :
Classic UK Original EARLIEST double ridged Track 1st Press labels Both sides are GREAT with minimal signs of age, NO writing, NO stickers, and NO tears whatsoever Just has some spindle marking from general use over the years GREAT for a 56 year old record Both must grade overall as Very Good
Record : Visual -
Spectacular Original 1967 UK 1st Press Vinyl Nice bright, clean and shiny as if it was just pressed Fantastic jet black mirror like surfaces, it looks genuinely GREAT with NO excessively nasty marks, NO deep scratches that ruin playback, and NO vicious scuffs either It just has quite a few of the usual light, wispy sleeve traces, some small vaguely feelable yet still light scratches, and a few mild non-sounding hairlines only visible in angled light mostly from where it has sat or been removed from it s cover over the years Of course, none of these blemishes interfere with play, and they CERTAINLY don t effect the smoothness of it s playing Well used, but still great for a record of this age and rarity, and thankfully it sounds fantastic Must grade overall visually at least as Good graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG standards, not overgraded AT ALL Customer satisfaction is of 100 importance to me
Record : Audio -
Thankfully, it plays BRILLIANTLY with fantastic mono blast and clarity It really sounds GREAT with NO hops, hisses, distortion, sticks, or skips Only like pretty much all records has low level static in places such as on the run in grooves, a few light ticks here and there on occasions, and just a hint of ULTRA mild and light bluesman s fag static in few and far between places such as on some of the quieter sections, but it truly doesn t overshadow the music AT ALL I d even argue it gives it added soul An outstanding listen - The music is TRULY loud and clear with that bass, depth, warmth and clarity you can only get from UK 1st Press vinyl Absolutely essential FANTASTIC for a record of this age and rarity Must grade overall audiably at least as Very Good graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG standards, not trashed or overgraded AT ALL Customer satisfaction is of 100 importance to me
Sleeve :
Original UK 1st Press front laminated patents pending E.J Day sleeve complete with original unsplit inner has the track listing written boldly on the back of the inner by the original owner, easily replaceable though it warms my heart that they loved the music enough to even bother at all IMPOSSIBLE to find this sleeve in anything approaching a good condition - most are spent, torn and worn due to age and the lifestyles of the buyers of this particular LP This one is NOT, and looks BRILLIANT, especially considering the nature of these fragile sleeves NO writing, NO graffiti, NO really bad marks AT ALL, and still ultra strong and solid after all these years This sleeve only has a few signs of usual ageing such as some light creasing and a touch of a record imprint, some minor ageing to the unlaminated back such as only some slight toning and a touch of usual light ink rubbing here and there nothing drastic at all, absolutely NO coffee cup rings, writing, graffiti or nasty marks whatsoever and a little weakening to the centre of the spine not split through , a touch of denting to the four corners which basically ALL vintage LP s have, and POSSIBLY just to be sure one or two other minor signs of age here and there, though nothing that really stands out to note at all And that s truly about it I tend to bring it down by emphasizing the negatives, but this remains a BRILLIANT sleeve the iconic pics look AWESOME , and a TRUE rarity to find one as fantastic as this - most have been virtually destroyed or are just about being held together, but not this one It remains ultra strong, solid and unspoilt, and despite some rubbing and whitening, even the spine remains strong, solid, and still partly readable after all these years Must grade overall at least as Good graded STRICTLY to the UK RRPG standards, not trashed or overgraded AT ALL Customer satisfaction is of 100 importance to me

I ve realized that most countries have their own unique grading system. I base mine strictly on the UK RRPG grading system occasionally with a or a - to indicate the higher and lower ends of the grade, though I only use these if i m having real trouble deciding , so please check their chart for further clarity if you are unsure of what my grades mean. As a general rule, a mint record will be 100 perfect, an excellent record will be in fantastic clean condition with the occasional mild mark and minor use from the years, and a very good record will have noticeable, yet light visual markings and obvious signs of age and use, but will still remain clean with relatively light wear and will play fantastically well with plenty of life remaining in it. I very rarely offer records below the very good region unless they are of an EXCEPTIONAL rarity and playing quality...I hope this helps
