99 of my buyers do not need to read this Disclaimer:
I have a No Refund policy. This means that you are buying items I list AS IS. I try to be as accurate as possible with my item descriptions and photos. So if you are using a phone or device other than a PC that hides the item description, that is not my problem- it is yours. I expect you as the buyer to click on the description link and READ the item description. You will see that I try to avoid grading an item as a whole and instead describe the components of the item individually. So if you are viewing my listing for a compact disc for example, you might see that the disc may be described as Like New while the booklet or case may be described as in some other lesser condition. This should put you on notice that you are purchasing a less than perfect item as a whole. I price my items accordingly- often for less than historical sales. That is my part as your seller.
This is your part as my buyer: you need to consider this policy before you submit your bid or commit to the purchase. After all, you have plenty of time to ask me questions or request photos of the item. The one exception I will make to my No Refund policy is in the event that an item is not as described, or some obvious flaw is not disclosed. In this instance I will offer a refund once you return the item to me. I will not grant credits or discounts and also let you keep the item. If this policy is not satisfactory to you then please do not purchase my item. Someone else will do so.
