It was produced in 1970 by The Ofoedian Den and by OD Productions.
It is in very good condition and is accompanied by a release letter from the 3 producers to radio station KMPX in San Francisco dated 9 May 1970 giving the station permission to play the album.
It was formerly in the possession of a Marin Co.
