Record grading
Mint- item is factory sealed.
Near mint - item has been opened but has no marks visible under led lights.
Excellent- record shows some signs of having been played but there is very little lessening in sound quality.
Very good - record has obviously been played many times but displays no major deterioration in sound quality despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Good - record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated.
Fair - record is still just playable, displays considerable surface noise and may even jump.
I also use and - when a record falls between two grades and try to put a brief description of any noticeable faults and to photograph and faults.
The weight of the poster is 39g which having done some research fits in with it being the original, apparently replica ones are much heavier.
