Media: VG to VG The sound quality is amazing with very little background hiss, crackle or pops.
B3 sometimes has one skip, and sometimes does not, at the very end when the music is fading out.
A1 and A2 has a perfectly horizontal surface scratch across both songs I m guessing someone bumped the needle when the turntable wasn t spinning but 90-95 of the time you can t hear anything the other times it is barely noticeable.
It is definitely not NM or NM- but not 3000 either.
It does have some occasional pops and background noise. When I bought this the sellers rated it EX, but that is clearly not the case. I had one In similar condition that crazily got bid up to 702 and the buyer in France left negative feedback without even contacting me. I think 420 is a great and fair price for this.
The laquer on the disk has a shine like a mirror, played very little.
The sound has that loud bass with incredible bass tone that you can feel in your chest you are looking for and should expect as well as those those highs in Jimmy pages guitar that make this such a rare gem.
Recently Ultrasonic cleaned and played less than 3 times since, and stored in a static free archival sleeve.
The Cover is VG . No seam splits. No hype stickers. When taking the inside Gate fold photo you can see no signs of someone dropping the disk in with very little use.
Inner-Sleeve is NM. It is one of the first ones made for this album that doesn t have the Led Zeppelin I album cover thumbnail yet that album was released 9 month earlier. Both were released in 1969 .
12 million in sales and only the first 200,000 or so are RL SS copies less than 2 and a majority of these are poor to fair condition. This version of this album has become one of the holy grails for audiophiles. Some mint condition copies have gone for 4500.
Please contact me with any questions or concerns before purchasing this 54 year old album.
If you are unhappy with the purchase please contact me to return the item for a full refund but I do not offer partial refunds. I know what this is worth.
