What we have here is one of the rarest Iron Maiden records in the world this is in the top five of rarest Maiden records.
It is El-Soldado The Trooper Peru 7 promo single.
It is all about the picture sleeve, just the sleeve itself has sold for hundreds of pounds so to get the record with it is unheard of.

1 Ultra rare Peru pressing 7 picture sleeve on EMI IEMPSA 2 Tracks only appear in Spanish 3 The song Trooper appears like El Soldado instead of El Soldado de Caballeria title on vinyl 4 The picture sleeve has an image of trooper Eddie who appears on the table with the band instead of the image of the brain 5 This issue is one of the most rare worldwide editions nobody knows who managed its edition.
This could be edited just for a personal pleasure in very limited numbers.
6 This presentation from 1984 is very unknown and impossible to find even in Peru.
7 Side B plays Maria la Bizca or Cross eyed Mary.

Condition made of very thin paper it is very prone to wear and aging it has browning on the edges and a slight tear in the centre which does not effect the picture no seam splits.
This is one of the best I have seen most are in a lot worse condition.
