Parlogram is delighted to have been commissioned to sell one of the largest collection of Beatles vinyl to come onto the market for many years.
This once-in-a-lifetime collection comprises over 2,000 LPs, 1,000 45s/EPs many box sets from virtually every country/territory where Beatles records were released.
All records will be sold exclusively on Ebay in auction format only no Buy It Now offers please and WITHOUT RESERVE.
Due to the number of discs listed each week, gradings are visual only.
However we are happy to provide audio grades on request.
We begin 2014 with part 2 of the Japanese LPs - still arguably some of their finest sounding pressings THE BEATLES - ABBEY ROAD Widely acknowledged to be one of the best sounding pressings of this LP, this high-quality Japanese pressing was released by Toshiba-EMI as part of their Pro-Use series which utilized the highest generation mastertape available and pressed on highest quality vinyl in June 1978.
This NEAR MINT copy of this great sounding pressing is on the Japanese Apple label: EALF-97001 Matrix numbers: YEX 749-H 1S 7 YEX 750-H 1S 5 Vinyl weight: 115g Housed within a thick posterboard cover, complete with original printed lyric sheet.
CONDITION Disc Labels: MINT A perfect pair with just a single tiny spindle mark around the side 1 cnetre hole from the factory.
Visual: MINT Immaculate, factory-fresh playing surfaces which are as new both in strong daylight AND directly beneath my unforgiving halogen desk lamp.
Sound Quality: MINT This remarkable sounding copy shows no sign of ever having been played and my single careful playcheck confirms the sound quality to be flawless and incredible throughout.
