The vinyl has a heat damage warp and plays with noise into the first track on side one most audible until the guitar solo. You can hear the warp between songs, but other than the outside edge tracks as described, not really audible.
Side 2 less noise but has a play thru skip at opening lead in vinyl.

The jacket is VG with light ring/edge wear and a 4 lower right split.
The following information was gathered from Discogs -- this album was recorded in 1969, and private pressed/released in 1972. There were only 500 original copies
