Excellent plus EX condition vinyl - in normal daylight the vinyl comes across as unplayed, gleaming with a beautiful jet black sheen. With closer inspection under a bright light just a couple of extremely faint paper scuffs come into view on each side of the vinyl - each strictly surface only and purely superficial, having no impact upon the crystal clear sound quality at all. Each label is near perfect, the only blemishes too strong a word being just a couple of very faint spindle trails adjacent to the centre hole on each label. The condition of the original UK 1st press non-laminated E.J. Day printed outer sleeve is very good plus VG . The edges remain firm but with some intermittent light scuffing on the bottom edge and a few tiny scuff nicks on the top edge and spine though all spine text remains legible. There is some light rubbing and adjacent light scuffing on the corners though each corner does remain a nicely defined right angle, and there are also a few very light general storage/handling marks but nothing of real significance, with the opening edges remaining firm with no fraying. The iconic front side photo remains perfectly intact, retaining vibrant colouring ,and the reverse side text/photos/art work remains well defined and with no unwanted writing. In summary, just a few minor blemishes but remaining fully functional and highly presentable - no mean feat considering it s fragility and 52 year old antiquity The rare and sought after original lyric insert is in unused as new condition. The stereo audio quality is near mint NM with no skips, jumps, repeats, sticks, clicks, interference, distortion or background crackle - very impressive, with great tone, and crystal clear instrumentation and vocals - perfect What a great album this is, with every track a fabulous listen...some of the guitar work is simply mesmerising
Comes with original and excellent condition poly-lined PLASTIC BAGS CAN BE GANGEROUS inner sleeve, correctly dated with no seam splits, no opening edge fraying, barely any creasing and just the hint of some mild age discolouration towards the edges - perfect
Hard to believe that this record is now 52 years of age - a must have for any serious psychedelic rock vinyl collector, with the sound quality as good as when this record was first placed onto the turntable all those years ago

Note that I always insert the vinyl into a new plain white poly-lined inner sleeve in order to protect the original during postage, and separate this from the outer sleeve to prevent seam splits. I use thick cardboard stiffeners and take great care in my packaging to ensure as far as possible that these precious records reach their destination in exactly the same condition as when they leave me.
