Label: Blue Note BLP 4041. This is the mono first pressing, with deep groove labels, 47 west 63rd address on both sides, and RVG stamp and P ear mark on both runouts

Vinyl: G looks rough but plays surprisingly well

Cover: VG the bottom 2.5 of the spine is flaked off below the catalogue number, slight bowing . Writing in pen on the back
