VERY GOOD VG : The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is very little lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have slight wear and/or creasing.
VERY GOOD VG : The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
GOOD G : Played considerably, with noticeable deterioration in sound quality and possibly some distortion. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
FAIR F : Worn through play, with considerable surface noise and may jump. Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects, is acceptable.
POOR P : Thoroughly worn and/ or damaged. A collection filler only A rarely used grading .

Generic
The term generic refers to a type of sleeve that is not specific to the release. A generic sleeve is either a plain sleeve or a company sleeve with standard company artwork. We generally ship twice a week. The postal duration varies from approximately 2 - 3 days for the UK and it varies in the EU and Other World Zones. Shipping may take longer during Bank Holidays and for other countries. Records are posted in RECORD MAILERS, with cardboard stiffeners for added protection.
We do NOT usually ship to PO Box addresses BUT in some circumstances we would like a confirmation address.
RETURNS
Please contact us through the eBay system and we will solve any problems you may have promptly and efficiently. We cannot accept returns for Product s where the grading information has been stated in our listings. For example: If the auction states that the item has cosmetic damage and evidence provided, you cannot return it for cosmetic damage reasons under its warranty.
