There is one corner bump on the jacket see pics . Otherwise, I would call this mint.

I purchased this new and may have played it once. Generally, I open them to check the color vinyl and them place them in a protective sleeve and file them. I ve been collecting records for over 35 years and take very good care of the collection. The records will be shipped in protective mailers and insured.
