Back in the day myself and my brother would take our Vinyl s along to gigs, spend all day and nights to collect signatures. This one was signed by Metallica after the gig at Manchester Apollo UK , Sept 17, 1986, on Damage Inc tour, where a small amount of fans were let back into the venue after the show to meet the band who were all sat around the edge of the stage. This was a mere 10 days before the fateful day when Cliff was killed R.I.P brother - we will see you soon enough .
What makes this one a little more special is that I also got John Marshalls signature Metal Church/Exodus as he was a guitar tech for the band at that time and had stepped into Rhythm guitar duties following James Hetfield s broken wrist after a skateboarding accident.
Signatures include Cliff Burton, James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich who signed it twice - one on the front and one on the back , Kirk Hammett and John Marshall.
