Very Scarce 1972 Deroy Private Pressing Paul Hobbs having Said That Acid Folk

PAUL S HOBBS HAVING SAID THAT DEROY SOUND SERVICE, CARNFORTH Matrix numbers ADM LP 759 A and ADM LP 759 B Undated, believed to be 1972 This is a copy of the very scarce private pressing of Paul Hobbs first only? highly-rated album.
It was recorded by the highly collectable Deroy Sound Services custom pressing company, owned by Derrick Marsh, at High Bank Studios, Carnforth, Lancs.
It was produced in a very small run of, we think, a maximum of 12 copies, possibly fewer.
We are only aware of one copy being sold previously on eBay.
A sample of the music not from this copy has been posted on YouTube The format is Tape to Disc from Customer s Tapes, 331/3 rpm.
The sleeve appears to be individually screen printed - it differs very slightly from images we have seen of another copy - and the design is raised to the touch.
This copy does not have the blue printed transparent overlay mentioned elsewhere, neither is there any clear evidence of such an overlay having been removed certainly no staple marks .
The inner sleeve appears to generic, but of the period.

The disc is visually in excellent condition - it has been played once and has some very minor surface crackling in places which does not detract at all from the music, probably characteristic of such recordings.
No visible scratches.
