MEGA RARE COMPLETE original auto-coupled Terre Haute gatefold first pressing from 1977 on 20th Century with huge six-panel full color poster, merchandise order form insert with detachable mail-in coupon, double sided credit sheet insert with a complete list of performers and instruments used and both original 20th century inner sleeves LPs are a beautiful VG /NM-. Cover is VG with a top right hand corner ding.
