a first pressing of the lp The real folk blues by blues legend MUDDY WATERS as released in the US in 1966 on Chess LP-1501.
This is the very rare first pressing on the black Chess label with a Chess piece at the top Most copies found are on the slightly later blues Chess labels.
Grading:
the record: nice vg condition vinyl has light marks that cause a few light crackles
the cover: vg condition frontcover is fine but backcover has light wear and a bit of writing
All my lp s have been cleaned on my professional Pro-Ject record cleaning machine
In an attempt to show the best possible pictures of lp s I am putting up for auction I use a large format scanner. This enables me to provide potential buyers with a GREAT view of the item. Unfortunately the scanner can not contain all of the surface of the lp a small part of about 1,25 cm/0.5 inch is missing
