Generally released without picture sleeve, but a few copies have a spray-painted sleeve in black and/or pink paint.
Many years later a band member produced newly painted sleeves, but using a different stencil so they are not hard to recognize. It also appears that more sleeves were made more recently with either the original stencil or a good copy of it, but the sleeve itself looks way too new to be original see final pic .
