Acetate dated 02/29/88.
Both tracks commercially released on the Rooftop compilation Rap s New Generation where DJ Lethal Weapon credited as DJ Rob Hanna, and where The Assain as it is spelled on the acetate correctly identified as The Assassin .
A VG acetate: sound very good with an undercurrent of static, nothing worse, but both sides look much rougher scuff, hairlines, dulling than they sound.
Deadwax: null.

I projected this to be it for the time being, but it seems as though a third will be justified, so look for more white labels, acetates and rarities in late January, perhaps early February.
Every listing now contains at least one sound clip.
This is the first time I ve used clips and they re only roughly edited.
I caution listeners to TURN DOWN your system s volume before clicking the file as they ll probably play LOUD.
The clips are from the very records for sale i.e., not from YouTube or other sources and the only work I ve done on them is to normalize the waves - so what you hear is pretty much what you re bidding on.
Most of the titles here are new to our auctions.
I have opened some sealed records and provided them with clips.
I ve also retreaded a few which I thought were undeservedly overlooked.
As well, I ve listed some titles of which we had duplicates - and it s important to note that these are NOT the copies sold in the first go round, so please read the listing and check the clips the duplicate may be better, or worse, than the copy previously sold .
Just to clarify: none of the records sold in the first round came back: any familiar listing here went unsold on the first go, or its a second copy of a sold title.
