Very rare original American 1982 release of the Misfits Evilive 7 single with orange label. Limited to 1000 copies only - some yellow label with others orange - this orange version being the the more scarce of the two. Plan 9 Records catalogue number PL1019. I ve owned this copy from new. One of THE Misfits grail items for collectors with most copies quite naturally in the hands of American collectors from day one.
Vinyl is bright and clean with a few light surface and hairline scuffs. A little surface surface noise only really noticeable between tracks if heard at all. Label is very clean with a slight bubbling to the paper on B side which is exactly as it was when it was originally purchased. Run out is etched PL-1019A and PL-1019B with MASTERDISK also stamped in.
Black glossy card sleeve has some light edge wear and a minor near invisible scuff near front centre - please see photos.
I can only see two identical copies of this orange label version retailed online at the moment - both in the USA and both more expensive.
1000 copies pressed on black vinyl with orange or yellow center labels.
800 stamped and hand-numbered copies were available only through the Fiend Club . These included inserts.
28 copies available in 10 special edition 3 packs. Each pack contained 3 copies of the EP, one with a Jerry cover, one with a Doyle cover and one with a Danzig cover, all with orange center labels. Only packs 1-9 were fully completed before Glenn ran out of vinyl. 10 is just the Glenn cover and was the last one produced.

Henry Rollins of Black Flag was in the crowd for this performance and joined The Misfits on stage for track B3.
