RKL - All Washed Up, But Still Stinkin The Lost 90s Demos 10 on splatter vinyl exclusive to the Punk Rock Museum in Las Vegas.
This release unearths the raw origins of RKL s iconic Riches to Rags era and the poignant Garage Demos. In 1993, following the tragic passing of stage tech Will Willmo Knutilla, original vocalist Jason Sears rejoined the band, reigniting their furious spark after a period away. The Riches to Rags demos brilliantly capture this reunion, recorded for free at The Music Annex, ultimately leading to their Epitaph rebirth.
The story continues with The Garage Demos, surfacing from a tumultuous 1995. After Jason s departure, the core four Dave Raun, Joe Raposo, Barry Ward, and Chris Rest recorded these tracks in Dave Raun s garage on an 8-track. Their hope was to inspire Jason s return, and he later added his vocals alongside Todd Roll. These tapes represent the band s final, defiant efforts before RKL s hiatus. Now, for the first time together on vinyl, these pivotal recordings are proudly released as part of The Punk Rock Museum Original Demos TPRM ODs series.
