This is the infamous Australian 12 inch single of It s No Secret that was withdrawn from circulation almost immediately after release, making it one of the rarest official Kylie Minogue vinyl records in existence.
Originally scheduled as the fifth single from Kylie s debut album in Australia, the release was pulled by Mushroom Records within days, despite some copies having already reached retailers. The reason? A last-minute decision to focus promotion on the track Hand on Your Heart . As a result, most copies especially those with the full picture sleeve were recalled and destroyed.
The surviving stock, believed to number in the low hundreds, was quietly made available to members of Kylie s Australian fan club. This pressing features the unique Mushroom Records catalog number X14636
