Have talked with local lp shop, definitely a pasteover and their opinion is a Butcher copy second state unpeeled.
I am not an expert and will not represent album as one. Very small light one needle mark plays great. Can see the dark color under pasteover. These second state albums have risen in value due to people trying to peel and ruin the covers.
Great condition and guaranteed to rise in value over the years to come.
