Any claims of dissatisfaction will not be met with refunds unless item is returned in the condition it was mailed in with all original shipping materials. All shipping costs are not refundable and shipping both ways MUST be paid for by buyer. No exceptions
Outside the EU all packages must be returned as returned goods . In case of failure to do so, the Hungarian customs duty 15-20 and VAT 27 will be payable by the sender, the value of which will be deducted from the price of the product
