Up for auction is the very rare Tenorman lp on Jazz West by Lawrence Marable.
Featuring James Clay and Sonny Clark.
First US mono press with flat edge vinyl and deep groove labels.
Vinyl: VG strong Some light hairlines mainly on the outer tracks, like a typical flat edge record.
I tried to get a pic of the worst cluster of lines..
They just produce some very light tics below the music.
This copy was barely played, and the inner grooves are free from wear and distortion.
The record sounds beautiful from beginning to end, gradually becoming noise free as the sides go on.
Cover: VG See pics, 3 pieces of clear tape on top seam that has some splitting.
Bump to spine and some overall wear, bottom seam and spine are solid though.
