- In caso di mancata consegna per ASSENZA DEL DESTINATARIO, sar cura dell acquirente attivarsi e collaborare con il corriere per il ritiro del pacco.
- Non si accettano feedback negativi o neutri prima di aver effettuato un tentativo di CONCILIAZIONE.
