Both sides very clean.

The cover is VG .
The front cover is shiny and bright with light wear.
Tape is visible along top seam at the pocket and there s a dent at the bottom near the pocket.
The back cover has light wear and there s tape visible at the top.
Top seam is taped app 3 inches at the pocket, but looks to be split app 1 inches under the tape.
Bottom seam has 3 inch untaped split in the middle which is tight on both sides.
Spine is readable.
Small spots of heavy wear at the corners.
