Vinyl is VG to EX-
Sleeve is VG to VG Very clean rear but flipback damage more noticeably rear right corner, common for Ernest J. Day sleeves, the front is a solid more an EX- if not for some corner wear, see pics.

PLEASE NOTE, I only use 1 or - in my gradings. I ONLY GRADE MINT IF THE ITEM IS NEW OR SEALED.
