order to meet that goal, we will ALWAYS work with our customers on any
concerns that may arise. Because of that dedication, there should be no
need to open a resolution dispute before working with us. Please keep
in mind, we would prefer to continue to provide you the opportunity to
acquire the rare music we present each and every week.
Payment
is required within seven days. We mail all paid items ONE WEEK after
auctions end. Our listings are time consuming in
detail and we are often traveling to find these gems, which at times
delays the delivery schedule by a day or two. We ALWAYS process and ship every paid order. We have no control over parcels once they are mailed from our local Post Office.
Overseas mail to some countries Italy, Russia, France, in particular
has become very slow. Opening a dispute for slow mail is unacceptable. We work hard to provide
excellent service as is represented by our well over 22,000 positive feedback.
We use an ultrasonic KLAudio
machine and thoroughly clean all records. Each order is carefully
packaged by removing the LP from the jacket to avoid seam splits, use of
3 ml plastic cover sleeves over each LP and jacket, cardboard pad
inserts, and placed in sturdy record mailers for safe delivery.
We
take Customer Service seriously, and want you to be satisfied. Please
give us 5 stars in each category through the feedback system, and we
will be able to effectively continue to fulfill your passion for rare
and collectible music We have served thousands of satisfied customers - far more than our feedback records indicate - and our aim is to continue to do so.

The LP is legendary, if you don t own a copy, treat yourself
Original mighty SERPENT POWER, the San Francisco band, fronted by poet David Meltzer who formed the band with his wife Tina in 1966. Ed Denton then manager of Country Joe And The Fish was rightly knocked-out and recommended them to Vanguard after hearing their first gig, a benefit for the Telegraph Group Neighborhood Centre on 27th November 1966.
The SERPENT POWER album is notable for tasty flowing electric guitar work amid fantastic self penned tunes as on Gently Gently and Open House , plus Tina s beautiful vocals are to the fore on the amazing Flying Away , a haunting track with fantastic melody...the group are probably best remembered for the album s long 13:14 track Endless Tunnel, an ambitious amalgam of EAST/WEST exotic styles.
Overall the album is legendary and sadly Serpent Power s only album, definitely a psychedelic masterpiece.
Besides Meltzer and his wife Tina who sang both lead and harmony vocals , the band also included Denny Ellis and David Stenson on lead guitar and bass, respectively, both of whom had gotten their start with 66 first LP Grass Roots. The band became a full rock outfit with the inclusion of John Payne on organ and Clark Coolidge on drums. The album received a somewhat limited pressing makes it now so hard to find and, despite featuring some excellent examples of flowing psychedelia, the band never got that big, known mostly within the San Francisco area. The album s last track is a fantastic raga-rock epic reaching exotic exploratory directions. The band didn t record another album, and disbanded in 1968. David and Tina Meltzer went on to record another album, Poet s Song, under their own names...
