Nurse With Wound She And Me... Art Edition Lp W. Hostess Twinkie Cd 25 Only

This is the scarce Art Edition release of the Nurse With Wound album She And Me Fall Together In Free Death - which features a copy of that album in a unique, hand constructed sleeve and a one-off cd of recordings known as the Hostess Twinkie / Tainted Creampuffs mixes.
Released in an edition of only 25 copies, this is copy 1/25, and was previously Steven Stapleton s own personal copy, kept back by himself because it was his favourite.
I purchased it directly from Steve for a lot more than the opening price here , and it has unique features being the master copy.
The art sleeve contained in a stickered archival outer sleeve features a mixed media collage from various sources including a fragment of an original Self-potrait in pencil by Stapleton , and has been spray-painted, spattered, signed and given a unique inscription by Steve.
Inside the vinyl is in an anti-static sleeve which has had the corner taped over to prevent the removal of the record which is mint, unplayed, and untouched .
Also included as an insert is a certificate of authenticity.
Both the insert and one of the record labels have been signed and numbered by Stapleton.
Whereas copies 2-25 each have their one-off copy of the Hostess Twinkie Mix cd, copy 1 actually contains the original Hostess Twinkie - the master recording from which all the mix versions were constructed.
The Hostess Twinkie album has 89 tracks and a running time of 77:56 minutes, and is contained in a special hand constructed frame.
The disc is accessed by removing a screw which holds the flexible back-plate in place.

The disc is stamped and signed, dedicated to myself.
For all the other copies the album insert was dedicated to the recipient, but here it is on the HT disc.
The card folder with photo-mounts which is used for the other HT discs in the other editions in also present here, and contains a normal skull faced CD version of the main album.
Also present is a signed copy of The Musty Odour Of Pierced Rectums, the limited out-take disc in a card sleeve with a photo-mount.
The disc label is marked, but the disc plays without error.
Finally, and again unique to this set, are three signed prints, two of which the sculpture photos are very high quality archival prints the other is lesser quality on thinner paper .
Everything is in excellent to mint condition Musty Odour label excepted as above - again see the photos below for more details.
There are a lot of them - I included as many as I would expect to see myself.
