Catapilla Changes Here we go again with another elusive UK press of one of the rarest records on the famous swirl label Absolute masterpiece,1st pressing on Vertigo 6360 075 VO PRICE CODE ,matt gimmix gatefold sleeve,rarely turns up for sale in any condition you keep seeing Linda,Tudor lodge,second Gravy Train but not this one guys TOP 3 RARITY ALONG WITH BEN AND DR.Z COVER Fragile gimmix cover conservatively graded VG ,this must be one one of the nicest copies I ve seen on the web lately:the main flaws can be easily summed up in a little coloured in tear on rear-barely noticeable-and some mild wear along the spine edges,very very common with this sleeve.
A couple of very little tears on the inside and a few light creases complete this one of a kind cover.
The most delicate part of the sleeve,the insect head,doesn t show any tears or rips,simply PERFECT This must be one of the very few copies left with a stunning head and every collector knows how difficult is to find a copy like this one.
Colors are vivid and the overall appearance is really satisfying,far better than the copy I sold last time.
VINYL B-SIDE visually grades EX ,full lustre,no scratches,marks or hairlines when you hold it in your hand in daylight,just inevitable very light scuffs visible under strong bulb light caused by tacking the record in and out of the original sleeve.Many collectors would grade this M- as well...
A-SIDE visually grades EX ,would be as great as the other one but you can see a small group of very thin scuffs when you look at the surface on certain angles.
Labels clean as can be,original vertigo inner in great condition as well.
I will add notes about the audio in the next few days,need to listen to it again first.Played fine from what I remember.
Believe me,you won t be disappointed with this record.
Very nice copy,not for crazy mint collectors,but for those of you who wants to own a true rarity in collectable condition.
