- Triangular "DECCA STEREOPHONIC" logo in a box on front

- "Printed in England" on bottom of back
- "Laminated with 'Clarifoil' made by British Celanese Limited" is printed on bottom of the back
- Sleeve notes in English on back

- SXL 2091 on sleeve

- Corresponding mono issue has cat# LXT 5492
- Sub tracks are not banded on vinyl
- This is one of the few Decca SXLs that have not been recorded by Decca, but, in this case, by Spanish Columbia (this is not mentioned on the release).
