Made in Germany

The label has the Atlantic 1841 Broadway address on bottom, as an American pressing would, but uses the German catalogue number and has a small "GEMA-P.1970" near the top.

Cover and labels are the same as on [r=722691], but matrixes/runouts have an added stamped sequence of numbers after the etched matrix indicating that it was pressed at the Deutsche Grammophon pressing plant.

Runout is etched till PF, all after is stamped
