Recorded at Hyde St. Studios, San Francisco.

Original version with 'Penis Landscape', by Swiss artist H. R. Giger.

Charges were filed against the band for 'selling pornography to minors'. Much controversy ensued and the poster was ordered to be removed. Very few copies with this poster were distributed making them extremely rare collectibles.
